The new-build houses for affordable rent in Linley Avenue, Pontesbury offer the latest 鈥榞reen鈥� technology, including solar panels, water efficient sanitary fittings and charging points for electric vehicles.听
Replacing aging post-war properties that were of non-standard construction, the homes have boosted regeneration in the rural village, which is located around eight miles from Shrewsbury.听
Director of development, Kerry Bolister explained, 鈥淲e are delighted that these lovely new homes have been completed. They are certainly 鈥榝it for the future鈥� and are set to provide affordable homes in a popular village for many years to come.听
