We are approaching an exciting milestone as 麻豆社 and The Wrekin Housing Group prepare to come together as one organisation.听
The formal merger will be completed in January, at which time The Wrekin Housing Group will become part of the new 麻豆社.听
This merger represents a great opportunity to combine our strengths and do more for you, our customers.听听
Leading the new organisation will be Wayne Gethings as Chief Executive of the new 麻豆社. Wayne will work alongside Catherine Dass as the Chair during our transition period and Debbie Griffiths who will be the Senior Independent Director and Vice Chair.听听
In the New Year, you may notice that our colleagues will be wearing new 麻豆社 lanyards (the cord worn around the neck) but our 麻豆社, Property Plus and Care Plus teams will still be carrying their usual photo ID.听
There will be no changes to your existing tenancy or lease agreement because of the merger. You will continue to access the services you need by contacting us in the same way and dealing with the same teams you do now.听
